How our pricing works

Sanapptx managed IT services pricing is built from four models: per user for help desk and support, per device for monitoring, patching, and endpoint management, per workload for cloud hosting, or one flat monthly rate per company. After an assessment we send one proposal covering IT, cloud, and security, with a written scope.

Fees

The four pricing models

Per userUsed where most of the support load follows people: their laptops, phones, accounts, and help desk tickets. The fee follows headcount.
Per deviceUsed for the things our network operations center (NOC) watches and patches: servers, firewalls, switches, access points, and endpoints. Each device type has its own monitoring and patch profile, so the fee follows what you actually run.
Per workloadUsed for our cloud. You pay for the capacity you use, not for hardware you might need someday. Backup is quoted with the rest of your scope.
Per companyOne flat monthly rate for the whole company, scoped to your footprint: users, devices, sites, and the services you choose. Used when you want one predictable number instead of a bill that moves with every new hire or device. We review the scope with you if your footprint changes.

What's in the packages

IT Essentials is our base managed IT package. Security as a Service bundles the security work for one monthly fee.

  • IT Essentials: monitoring, patching, help desk, and reporting
  • Help desk staffed 24/7 by engineers in Texas, backed by our NOC
  • Security as a Service: vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and staff training
  • Cloud on Open Compute hardware at about 50% of the cost of AWS or IBM

What drives the cost

Two companies with the same headcount can get different quotes. These are the inputs that move the number.

  • Number of users, devices, and office locations
  • Compliance requirements such as HIPAA, PCI, FINRA, or CJIS
  • How much data you back up and how long you keep it
  • Which workloads move to our cloud and which stay in Azure, AWS, or Microsoft 365
  • Whether you keep an internal IT team (co-managed) or hand us all of it
  • Project work such as migrations, office moves, and network refreshes
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does managed IT cost per user?

It depends on the inputs above: devices per person, locations, compliance, and how much of IT you hand us. We don't guess from a headcount. We assess first, then send a quote.

Is your cloud really about half the cost of AWS or IBM?

We own the hardware, so there's no hyperscaler margin in the price. That's how we run at about 50% of the cost of AWS or IBM.

What's included in the managed IT fee?

IT Essentials is our base package: site assessment, proactive service, status reporting, best-practice operation, and automation. Help desk follows your user count, and monitoring and patching follow your device count. Security as a Service and cloud hosting are added to that scope.

How is co-managed IT priced?

On the same models, scoped to the work we take on. If your team keeps some of the work, it stays out of the quote.

Are projects included?

Larger projects, such as a migration, an office move, or a network refresh, are scoped separately, with an assigned project manager.
